At Margaret River Made, we want you to love your natural beauty products; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items. Due to the artisanal and hygienic nature of our skincare, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Email our coastal studio team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.
Pack Securely
Safely package your items to prevent damage during transit and include your original packing slip inside the box.
Ship and Refund
Send your parcel back to our Margaret River facility; once inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
